"Possibly the worst phone I've ever had" on by BVsaPike
Pros: Amazing pictures, good included memory card
Cons: Awful call quality, poor reception, slugish response, bizzare predictive text input, confusing menus
Summary: This is a pretty bulky phone to not even include bluetooth. The pictures are pretty good quality for a camera phone. The real downside seems that they packed too much into this phone because everything works on a delay. The phone has very poor reception and everybody complains about bad sound quality. Possibly one of the most envied phones but I hate it.

"Great phone with pros and litte cons" on by diemond
Pros: good color, lots for thing you can do, that you can do with other phone, and not as big as LG, and Treo. got style and it is cooler than flip
Cons: MP3 is hard to use and you might need to buy a different printer or plug. Picture printed out 8x10 is ok, no speaker phone
Summary: I got to say, this phone is one of the best phone i bought, and not saying it because i bought it. I work for Nextal and i still got this phone, even though i can't use at my job. It's just got style and it is not as big as a treo. I know it cant show web page like treo, but i ok with that, because it's 1/3 as big. The picture is quality is the best yet, until someone come out with 3migpix. Yes it is bigger than flip, but flip can't do 1/2 of what this phone can do. I know that samsung is not the best phone maker in cell phone, but they won me over with this baby. I am happy and if you get on and you are not, you can return to sprint with in 14 days, with no contact fee. The only thing i dislike about this phone is speaker phone, because sometime i just do feel like having something in my eye like a bluetooth. If you have this phone you would not use a bluetooth, because you would like to show it off.
Thank for reading and i am only speaking the truth. -
"Feature-packed phone with style" on by dawgs1850
Pros: Bright screen, great camera, intuitive menus
Cons: No Bluetooth, weak battery, need card reader/writer for external memory
Summary: I have owned this phone for about 3 weeks and it has been great. The reception has been as good as my old Sanyo and the camera takes crisp, clear pictures. Others have complained that the camera takes too long to operate, but I disagree. The media player is great, and the mp3s sound pretty good. I did have to purchase a memory card reader/writer to add media to the memory card, but it is worth it. The phone does a good job of just about everything. The only other complaint is that the battery will go quickly if you use all the phone's features, but that is a small price to pay.

"Great Phone, clear calls, tons of features, a real big tease" on by Jeric900
Pros: clear calls, lots of downloads and ringers available online, lots of online support, and comes with data usb cabel
Cons: The USB data cable is useless, Samsung software doesnt support the cable. Cable only good for downloading pictures to PC. Can't sink with outlook messages and contacts. Can't even download contacts
Summary: This phone would be the best phone on the market if it allowed the PC/USB cable to be used. It's a big teast. Sprint gives you the cable and samsung software doesn't support it. All you can download is pictures with software that is not provided. Also, you can't download you contacts, messages, ringers, or anything else to or from your PC. No support. Also, no bluetooth as well. If this phone had bluetooth and data cable link support it would be number one. Also, low ringer and slider may present problems over long term use.

"Great Multi-Media Phone" on by john_boogie
Pros: Very sleek and stylish. Unobtrusive 'in-tenna'. Transflash card. 2Megapixel Cam. MP3 player. Camcorder mode. Beautiful screen.
Cons: Battery life not up to par. No Bluetooth. No speaker-phone. No two-way direct connect.
Summary: This is a great camera phone that actually rivals many stand alone camera models. The 2 megapixels gives you large beautiful photos and you can even record short video clips with sound. The MP3 player is great, just be sure to upgrade the 32MB transflash card to at least a 256MB if you plan on carrying a bunch of MP3s. It's a very sleek phone and well crafted, and although it may seem a little on the big size at first, it's polished edges makes it seem smaller every day.
The only flaw so far is sub-par battery life. I'll have to check if that is on every model or if I just got a dud battery.
Bluetooth and a speakerphone would have been nice, but that didn't really effect me since I not a real user of either.
Overall, a great phone. The best multimedia phone I've ever owned by far.Updated
The screensaver has a 'floating image' option (snowflakes, hearts, clovers, etc.). With this option on, the battery drains much quicker. By simply turning this option off, the battery life is again comparable to respectable levels.
