"Technical bliss.."
Pros: Look, internal speaker quality, internal/external display, features galore!, highly customizable, MP3 feature!!!
Cons: Digi camera is odd.. , speaker phone crackels if turned up all the way (minor)
Summary: I switched from Nextel to Sprint to go on a family plan.. I had the Sanyo 8300 which was supposedly "hot".. well - it was junk. The key pad cramped my thumb, and the features were as elementary as a nintendo controller. I want options.. and the ability to customize EVERYTHING.. The only other problems that stand in the way, are the phone is so new - not alot is out there information nor product wise right now..
If you want a SOLIDLY built phone, with tones or options, and dont want to trade in your car to pay for it - this is it. I proudly own a samsung 50'' dlp tv, as well as a few other samsungs.. hardly any complaints on this piece..

Hello,
I am a current Nextel user. I have been wanting to upgrade my phone. But, with the Nextel line the upgrages are very expensive. I have been considering switching over to Sprint since the merge. Nextel's service has been great....so, I am a little leary about switching. I haven't heard great information about Sprint's service. How has their service been since you have switched?
