"Samsung Muse suits me just fine"
Pros: compact size; sleek look; very clear screen; good voice quality; decent camera
Cons: square navigation control a little hard to use
Summary: I have found the Samsung Muse to be a very good phone for me. After coming off of a Motorola Razr V3c (which I really liked), I am used to this kind of flip phone and the Muse is more compact than the Razr. The screen quality is fantastic! The options to change the wallpaper on the front screen are something I really like too. I don't use the internet access so I can't comment on that feature. I find the camera sufficient. Of course, it's not like my digital camera but I wasn't looking for that kind of quality from a cell phone. It's very decent for capturing pics spur of the moment; however the lag time to open the camera can make you miss your photo! I find the voice quality okay. Other people say I sound nice and clear. I notice a tiny bit of muffled tone when I talk to some people. The very best voice quality I have ever had in a cell phone was my Motorola Razr V3c. Evidently subsequent models of the Razr are not as good as that one. I tried the Samsung Hue as all the Alltels reps said it is getting super reviews on voice quality. They have never had any of them returned. Well, guess what!! I returned it for the Muse because the Hue was not acceptable as far as I was concerned. The Muse is much better. It's a nice fit in my hand and I am very satisfied with calls and text messaging.
