"Pure garbage. Shame on Samsung." on by KillerNapkin

Pros: The phone is very sleek and built nicely. The screen displays images beautifully, and the on-screen keyboard is very responsive.

Cons: I can't possibly imagine why an international corporation would decide to not give the user the ability to change the lock screen background. I do not want to look at a butterfly every time I take my phone out. Lacks threaded texting.

Summary: Don't purchase this phone, ever. It blows my mind that this phone managed to get approved for consumption by the general public. I honestly wonder if anyone actually works at Samsung, as this phone appears to have been designed by monkeys. Furthermore, I can't believe it has a score as high as it does on CNET. Pure trash. Anyone who had a part in the design of this phone: pat yourself on the back, you are truly inept.

"How to Improve Reviews and Attract More Consumers" on by cnetcriticadvice

Pros: Reviews of products best and worst.

Cons: Poor pronunciation and appearance of the host. Found it hard to listen and concentrate on what was being said about the product.

Summary: Please use people who speak fluently in whatever language is used to describe the items under review. As well, appearance and first impressions are everything, they command respect from an audience. After listening to the host speak about the cell phone for 20 seconds, I had to turn the review off. Sorry for being so critical, but if this were a news room and an unattractive producer hosted the show and sounded unclear, do you think I would stay and listen? No, of course not! Your website would attract more people, if they knew the host was a handsome man or woman and spoke in a clear and concise manner. Please understand, some people belong in front of the camera and others don't just like a broadcast news station has the: Producer, Director, Writer, Technical Director, Assistance, Make-up, Props, Wardrobe, Lighting, Grips, Camera people and everyone else standing behind the cameras, then you have the handsome hosts who are in front of the cameras are dressed professionally in business suits or dresses and speak absolutely clearly in every language that they use. No excuses. Now, I am surprised that your company ignores these fine points. I look forward to seeing changes they will do you good.

"Phone is not as good as everyone here says" on by Stagrad

Pros: It can call and text.

Cons: The browser is slow, speakers are very low, only comes in one color(burgundy), often lags while using touch screen, can barely feel vibrations when on silent, and you can NOT change the lock screen wallpaper and the pictures on the phone are all dumb

Summary: this phone is good for women in their 40s who want a touch screen phone but are too cheap to buy an iphone.
