Pros: Nothing very overpriced
Cons: This phone worked about 2 months. Then the trouble began.It would try to start up,go blank,try to start up go blank,over and over and over .... There is a software problem or it has a short in the circuit that keeps it from starting up.

Cons: not a smartphone with big processor and standard phone memory is small, but if you get a bigger memory card then you can store more songs and such...

Pros: It has nice features (of which I don't pay for most of them because I don't have a data plan. So I can't comment on those features). It can check Gmail. Satisfactory camera, and other tools.
Cons: Phone restarts itself (crashes). Battery meter doesn't reflect accurate battery life. Sidebar requires more clicks than necessary. Cannot customize screensaver. Difficult to unlock. No conversation-style text messaging.
Summary: The phone is quite satisfactory, especially for getting it for free with the plan, but the OS is unsatisfactory. The phone has some glitches and a couple poor designs that makes the phone not very user friendly.
I've been happy with using the resistive touch screen because if I have long nails, my nails aren't restricting my ability to use the phone. -

Pros: Solid feel; OS is respectable, intuitive & works (hasn't frozen up like some other reviewers), camera with flash that takes clear photos, speakerphone is audible, screen is bright and clear, has lots of features for a feature phone and is sexy.
Cons: Reception signal still sucks in some East Bay spots (not Samsung's fault), only comes in one color (burgundy back plate), expensive if you have to replace or choose to buy one outright.
Summary: Ideal phone for a non-smartphone that has more whistles and bells than I need (or want) and Consumer Reports just rated a previous version of this phone (Solstice) as the best feature phone in 2010. It does what I want, and lastly, compared to the A737 I had before, this one is, you guessed it- sexy.
