"Excellent entry level qwerty smart phone"
Pros: It's really easy to use. It only took me like 20 minutes to get used to it.
The picture quality is really good for a camera phone.
The calling quality is pretty good, the voices are very clear.
Nice design.Cons: Little Mac support. The only way you can sync data with mac is by using wireless bluetooth or a microSD card. You have to download pc software to sync using the usb cable.
Summary: It's a great entry level smart phone. It's not going to be as fancy as an Iphone, but for what you pay for the phone is a good value. For someone like me who doesn't want or need all the fancy bells and whistles most smartphones have, this phone fits the bill. I just wanted a phone with a full keyboard so I could text more easily.
The navigation and menus could be a bit better, but they are fine as is.
I really could care less about browsing the internet on my phone. Thought if I didn't have to pay for the internet then I would :P
I do think the keyboard can be a bit slippery, but it's really minor, it honestly doesn't bother me that much. they should have went with rubber coated keys or something.
Anyway for a simple texting phone the Propel is excellent, I really like it. Like I said the only thing that I really don't like is that you can't use a mac to sync your data using the optional usb cable. You have sync either using a microSD or a computer with bluetooth.

i'm pretty sure the OP meant that the propel is NOT mac compatible. -
What do you mean by Mac support? Of course you have to use a cable, bluetooth or something to connect the phone to the computer. Did Apple invent telepathy-powered network protocols when I wasn't paying attention? :P What do you mean?
