"It broke within the first 3 days!"
Pros: There are so many options on this phone you start to think to yourself, "Why is it mainly considered a phone, anyway?" You can watch Youtube, browse the Sprint TV, listen to Music, go online, IM, take photos (I love the frame options it has), etc.!
Cons: Their use of an outbox for texting is limited. You have to cancel before it tells you there was an error or else 50% of the time the message disappears entirely. The battery is very limited, and, as I said... It can easily glitch up and stop working.

"Great phone for texting. Nothing else."
Pros: Texting is easy with either the qwerty keyboard or the number keys. Ringtones sound great coming from Sprint. Calls are easily heard and clear.
Cons: You cannot personalize the phone. You have to buy directly from Sprint, which gets expensive. Phone freezes all the time.

"Its good..but it freeze ALOT"
Pros: Full qwerty keyboard is very nice & spaced out. camera is good and takes good pix..easy to get on the internet. Email & IM...
Cons: freezes when i get online..a lot. it keeps saying not enough memory to show the whole page...no flash, cant customize anything!! cant download ring tones unless from sprint store. AND FREEZES A LOT LIKE SERIOUSLY lol
