Samsung Reality SCH-u820 (red, Verizon Wireless)

Pros: Just about everything

Cons: Sometimes the touch screen will want to freeze up while using internet, but then 2 seconds later it works, The phone will shut off if you type to fast on internet. QWERTY Keypad is small.

Summary: I don't have to many complaints. I really do like this phone. I have seen people complain about this phone the same way people complain bout the ENV Touch. I think it all just depends on how you treat your phone. I've never had bad luck with phone except my first one but it was a Sanyo and Sanyo sucks anyways, and then I had a cheap lil flip phone from Alltel and it broke in two in just a few months. Other than that I haven't had any bad luck with phone. I am about to trade off with a friend, she's getting my reality and I'm getting her Touch ENV. I will only use it for a few months as I will be upgrading in December to an Android. OVERALL I would recommend this phone but you just have to treat it like a child.
