Pros: *Easy enough for a little old lady to read, understand,and use
*Smart enough for the technologically advanced teenager *More fun than anyone, at any age, could ever want
*Reliable, easy, excellent voice/audio/video, great apps
*Strong as a Mac truck

Cons: *Sometimes the battery is a little difficult to slip in, - the worst thing I can say.
*I wanted flashy color, but it is boring black.
*Despite it's sturdy, tough, slip-proof body, it will never win a beauty contest. Nor will I.

Summary: I would not hesitate to recommend the Rugby II to anyone, and I give Samsung and the Rugby II's designers a tip of the hat for keeping it such an excellent mobile phone. Considering that it was designed with construction workers in mind, I am lucky that my salesman, J. Rodriques, found just what I needed. I am a disabled golden oldie who needs a lot of different features, not only for my convenience, but also my health, communication, and even actual fun activities. The Rugby II has it all, and I won't break it by accidentally stepping on it, dropping it, or spilling my drink on it. If one of you is hesitant about this phone for yourself or a loved one, don't be - I think SR2 would ward off a speeding bullet, and I know that you could knock someone unconscious with it, and still use it to make that pesky police call. You should look at professional reviews for the real inside-out of it as I certainly am not technologically gifted. I do, however, know that this is probably the only phone that ANYONE can use, and the LAST phone I'll need. I will be surprised if it wears out before I do. If you need pretty, slap on some stickers. Otherwise, consider it your most reliable friend.
