The Bottom Line	The Samsung Rugby SGH-A837's could use a few improvements, but it remains a solid choice for a rugged, straight-forward phone with a loaded feature set.	The Samsung Rugby II improves on its predecessor and delivers a functional, rugged phone with satisfying performance.	The Samsung Rugby Smart can take plenty of punches, without skimping on the smartphone features. Unlike other rugged phones, it's easy on the eyes and it can run on 4G.	The durable Motorola Tundra VA76r succeeds admirably at making calls, but its multimedia experience doesn't measure up.	The Nokia Lumia 900's unique design and high-end features make Windows Phone look fantastic, and the $99 price is extremely fair. Despite some flaws, this is my favorite Windows Phone yet.
