"CNET review is right on with the volume up and down."
Pros: Love this design, really wanted to keep it.
Cons: The software is terrible, texting is really bad, I don't mind multi-tap, but choosing recipients and it's pretty bad, I guess I just expected more.

Pros: gps, mp3, durable, loud, bluetooth, and it feels good when and is easy to find.
Cons: constant signal drops if your at the edge of your area, battery time should be longer, outer display is useless as it can't be seen in daylight and only stays on for 10 seconds and can't be activated unless the phone is opened.

"Hi hopes but been very disappointed"
Pros: tough, good vis and buttons handy
Cons: Bad reception in marginal areas. Other AT&T phones work rugby does not.
Battery life less than two days at standby with no use.

Pros: Nice rugged design, very solid feel in your hand, good call quality,
Cons: Menu system feels dated, currently not multi-threaded OS, button layout confusing at times, LCD's hard to see in bright light, external speaker loud but hard to hear with background noise
