Reviewed on 12/2/04    Quick Take: The Samsung SCH-A650 for Verizon Wireless is similar to the Sprint VI660 (a.k.a. the Samsung SPH-A660) for Sprint PCS. Instead of Java (J2ME), however, the SCH-A650 supports BREW for games and applications. The handset is fairly priced at $149, but you should be able to find it for less with a service plan. According to the FCC, the SCH-A650 has a digital SAR rating of 1.47 watts per kilogram and an analog SAR rating of 1.33 watts per kilogram.
