"Not bad overall, but..."
Pros: Cute small size
Cons: Samsung's strange and bulky menu navigation
Summary: My biggest problem with this phone is the same problem I've had with all Samsung phones... their clunky and difficult to navigate menus, even just to send a text message makes you push all sorts of different buttons, I can't explain it exactly, but it's just weird and you end up thinking you sent a message when really all you did was save it in your drafts...
This phone is also a deep thinker, meaning whenever you send a message, try to use the camera feature, the phone spends a good deal of time thinking and you're stuck with a lovely load screen for what seems like an eternity, and thanx to the horrible navigation you're constantly accidentally exiting out of programs...
Also once you receive a picture message and you decide to save the picture, it disappears into some unknown folder never to be found again, until you go to assign your photo id and so far that is the only way to view your saved pictures... strange right? nah.. it's just classic Samsung styling and design through and through
But the call quality and small size make up for most of the bad menus...
If all your going to do is talk, in my opinion this is the best verizon phone for you, if you like to take pictures and send text messages... STAY AWAY
