"Great service. Easy to use overseas."
Pros: Easy to use in Europe and in a car.
Cons: No bluetooth and only supplied ear piece can be used.
Summary: I just returned from 10 days in the Alps in a number of different countries. The quality of service was better in the Alps than in parts of New York City. Switching between CDMA and GSM is a snap.
Back here the phone is great for use in a car. It allows to dial by names in the phonebook without having to program each name. Its voice recognition software is great. You can also dial a number by saying the numbers. The phone asks you to confirm the number and then automatically dials the number.
I had ben waiting for a Verizon phones that works in America and overseas for a number of years. It was well worth the wait.
