"Could have been nice if it wasn't rushed to Market"
Pros: Only World Phone
Cons: User Unfriendly, Horrible Support
Summary: My first call to Verizon, the support person didn't know a thing but proceeded to tell me a lot of wrong information. I contacted Vadofone's WorldRoam and to my surprise, got a call back from Verizon. This person was knowledgeable. That's where the good stuff with Verizon ended! I placed a phone order with the business people because that's the only way I was told you could buy the phone. I waited seven days and no phone. I called about my order.. Now understand when you place your order you are given no confirmation number or any kind of a tracking number. After 4 hours and 6 people it was decided they lost the order and I was asked to re-order!. I did. I did get my phone.. I agree with all you have read about the menus not being thought out, excellant voice recognition, should have speaker-phone and bluetooth for the money, etc. I don't mind the size and have not fired off the camera by accident yet. I did notice the SIM card does not have a telephone number assigned and I hope this thing registers next month when I finally get into a GSM network.. God help me if I have to call Verizon for help. All that said, the phone is an 8, Verizon with this phone, 2.
