"Great phone with good reception"
Pros: Good reception, good picture and video, good speaker phone
Cons: can't play mp3 unless you buy flash memory
Summary: I used LG-vx6000 for two years. If you are worried about the reception since it does't have external antenna, don't worry.
Where vx6000 didn't used to have reception, this one does. I work in a half-basement and lots of my friends have problem with reception here, but I don't anymore.^^
I don't really care about other features, so good reception was the key factor for me to choose this product.
I got it for free with new every two plus 100 rebate during thanks giving.
Plus, the picture quality and video quality is great. I love the speaker phone feature.
I wish i could play one or two songs without the external memory.

I hear a high pitched noise, similar to a dog whistle, each time I place a call with this phone. I have returned in three times to Verizon, but each phone that I receive as a replacement as the same problem. I am very seriously considering returning it again for a different make and model phone. It is a shame, because I really love the features of the phone. The bluetooth reception is wonderful, the speakerphone is good, and the menu is very user friendly. I just wish I didn't hear high pitched beeps every time I am on the phone.

if you go to a vzw store to update the software. You can use V-Cast Music and save the music to the phone memory.

I've used this phone for two month now, and like I said, it has good reception. But this does not mean it has good sound quality. Most of the time, it's okay.
Especially when I'm talking with another verizon user who has a good phone.
But sometimes, there is a clicking noise. I can still hear the other person, but it can be annoying to some people. It always happens when I talk with my friend who uses T-mobile. I'm not blaming T-mobile. It happens when I talk with some land lines too. I'm not sure what the problem is.
I'm gonna try to use the warranty and fix the problem. Based on this experience, I have to lower the score to 7, instead of 9.
