"Better Than 6.0/10 !!!"
Pros: Simple interface means easy to use. Very Good Sound and Signal Reception
Cons: None Significant
Summary: I join the other reviewers with the opinion that this phone is better than CNET'S review rating. I purchased the 410 for my phoneless wife and we are both very pleased with it's performance.
She finds it easy to use with very good sound and signal reception in our semi rural setting - thanks to Verizon and the 410.
The phone is not for Cell Phone Geeks, but is a great choice for someone who simply wants a good phone.
