"Nice...but" on by rwlloyd2
Pros: small, sharp, thought out, lots of features
Cons: limited bluetooth, no sync software known
Summary: Professional looking, display can be set to dark motif so you are not blinded in a dark environment, nice clock wallpapers, simple use, programming thought out, very nice!!! BUT ... Bluetooth works with headsets & auto adapters ONLY, not other phones or computers, Samsung customer service has NO recommendations or knowledge for synchronization software. Transfer of files only on microSD cards or email/text.

"i'm a happy customer..." on by itciai
Pros: slim, compact design, many features, great quality
Cons: pictures are a little fuzzy, keypad can be slippery sometimes
Summary: This phone is great. Um... I terminated my contract with SunCom early because their phones and service are horrible, and I switched to Alltel. So far the service has been phenomenal and this phone only adds to how happy Alltel has made me. The only true downside that I've experienced with this phone is the fuzzy pictures. Sometimes if you don't have a steady hand, you'll get blurry or fuzzy shots; but that can be resolved with a steady hand and a good eye. The keypad really isn't that bad. After using it for about a week, you'll have the keypad memorized and you won't even need to look at it to dial or do things on the phone. The exterior of the phone is very professional looking, even with the external mp3 player buttons (It really isn't that hard to just push one; they're not that small). The phone overall has a great range of features and the service in North Carolina so far has been spectacular. Only complaint I have is that I wish it were all black instead of a deep brown color, but even then I'm being picky. Great phone, Great service. I'm a happy customer.

"Average Phone" on by cstroud415
Pros: Loud speaker, nice camera
Cons: Can Not Bluetooth Data, Can't transfer Ringtones you have to buy them from Alltel,
Summary: Bought this phone because of the MP3 player only to find out that I had to spend 70.00 dollars for a Data cable and another 50.00 for a scandisk. You also can not put your own ringtones to the phone. You have to buy them from Alltel. This is the worst phone I have owned I have had it for 1 week and Im sending it back.

"GREAT BASIC PHONE WITH A FEW EXTRAS" on by down_1n_1t
Pros: Everything, for a basic phone
Cons: Nothing at all
Summary: I used this phone for two years... I recently made the switch to Verizon (what a mistake), but with my switch I got a new phone (ENV TOUCH) with my new contract. What a mistake! I figured the fancy new phone would be better than my "outdated" Samsung, boy was I mistaken. I RARELY had dropped calls with my Samsung, the battery life was great, and the phone worked as good as the day that I bought it on the last day that I used it... I have actually tried to see if there is any way I can switch back to my Samsung but they won't let me. I should have just kept my trusty little phone instead of upgrading... :( The features that come with the phone (as far as web browsing and things like that) are not the best, but it's a pretty BASIC phone... Don't plan on using this phone like a computer!!! That is not what it was meant to be!!! I MISS MY SAMSUNG SCH-U520!!!!

"It works..." on by blackadidashat
Pros: It's holding up really well. I've had mine for 2 years, and it's still working fine.
Cons: The direction buttons are a little circle, and it's made for people with little thumbs.
Summary: It's a good phone.
