Cons: Can't remove junk applications from factory, focuses on selling you more applications from online store, not able to adjust permissions for advanced options -- such as allowing trusted applications for using imap (gmail), impossible to configure OS
Summary: If you have no interest in doing advanced things with your phone and live a generic life ... then this is just fine.
