"Poor reception"
Pros: slim, crisp navigation
Cons: poor reception
Summary: I got this phone because I needed something simple w/o all the other gadgets that everyone else is so into. It's a slim, nice looking phone and it navigates through the menus crisply and fast w/o a delay(unlike nokia and motorolas), but I agree w/ the CNET review that the call quality is poor. I had several calls cut in and out during conversations. These were callers from different services and even from landlines. For me, a phone can have all the bells and whistles, but if it can't do one of the 2 basic functions of a phone such as receiving calls, then its useless. I returned it a week later and got the LG CU400-it was in the same price range, a little bulkier but at least I count talk on the phone w/o having the reception cut out on me.
