The Bottom Line The Samsung SGH-A727 cell phone may wow fans of thin phones, but its call quality and navigation controls left us unimpressed. The Samsung SGH-A717 offers an admirable feature set and good call quality. We'd just like to clear up a couple of design issues. Despite some minor performance quibbles and a couple of missing features, the Samsung SGH-X820 is a nice blend of design, features, and performance. The Samsung Solstice offers a touch screen and multimedia features, but its performance isn't the best. Though it could make better calls and its connection speed was somewhat slow, the Samsung SGH-A737 is a well-designed and full-featured multimedia cell phone.
