The Bottom Line Though it could make better calls and its connection speed was somewhat slow, the Samsung SGH-A737 is a well-designed and full-featured multimedia cell phone. The Samsung Propel has an impressive high-end feature set, but we were disappointed by its design. The LG CF360 is a simple midtier phone for an affordable price. Despite a few quibbles with the touch screen, its full features and excellent performance make the LG Vu one of the hottest phones this year. Despite a few quirks, the LG Neon is a good simple messaging phone from AT&T.
