"Phone was an obvious lemon. Dropped calls & texts from first day. AT&T wouldn't warranty."
Pros: Daughter liked the looks.
Cons: Dropped calls & texts. Delivered some texts, but hours late.
Summary: Bought this phone and began to experience trouble right away with dropping calls & texts. Also would not hold a charge. Took it back within two weeks and AT&T (Phoenix MetroCenter) would not stand behind it...they said it had been water damaged! Phone had NEVER been in water. Over the years, we have lost two phones that way and paid for new ones because it was our fault. In this case, though, we did nothing but use the phone. We got little to no service from the phone and no satisfaction from the dealer. Cannot recommend.
