The Bottom Line Though it could make better calls and its connection speed was somewhat slow, the Samsung SGH-A737 is a well-designed and full-featured multimedia cell phone. The Samsung Propel has an impressive high-end feature set, but we were disappointed by its design. The LG CF360 is a simple midtier phone for an affordable price. Though it could make better calls and its connection speed was somewhat slow, the Samsung SGH-A737 is a well-designed and full-featured multimedia cell phone. Despite its quirky design, if you want an affordable AT&T Mobile TV handset, the LG Invision is the one to get.
