"pretty good"
Pros: slim design, and loaded with features
Cons: poor sound quality , low battery life, drop calls, exessive heat generated
Summary: Overall, this phone is great for if you happen to make short phone calls (2 minutes or less). On longer phone calls, the handset really heats up. Also, when using bluetooth or browsing the net, the darn thing becomes extremely hot. I contacted Samsung directly and they said that this is expected with any phone. However, in my old Nokia this never happened.
