The Bottom Line	The Samsung SGH-A777 is a decent 3G slider phone, but there's not much to distinguish it from comparable devices.	The LG CF360 is a simple midtier phone for an affordable price.	The Samsung Propel has an impressive high-end feature set, but we were disappointed by its design.	Despite a few quibbles with the touch screen, its full features and excellent performance make the LG Vu one of the hottest phones this year.	The Samsung Solstice offers a touch screen and multimedia features, but its performance isn't the best.
