Cons The sound volume is much too low, cannot hear phone in crowded room or with background noise. Picture received quality just average. Phone slider is hard to open, thumb or fingers often slip trying to open. Navigation awkward, confusing.
Summary Would not recommend this phone. Very slick keypad that makes it difficult to use. Cannot send pictures or messages to web addresses. Very disappointed in this phone. Battery depletes very quickly, needs to be charged every day.

Summary My sister owned the device before she got an iPhone. It actually worked quite well for what she needed in it, (which was a good phone) she lost the charger, ordered a new one, and still had full charge when she received the new one. She dropped it tons of times, and each time it worked. The phone was really nice, but she needed something more.

Summary The best feature of the phone according to me is the music player. It can support up to 4GB memory card which makes it all the more better for music. Also the camera shows reasonable picture quality. The slide open model, robust keys make it very good for rough and tough use too.
