"Fabulous hardware design, lacking in software functionality"
Pros: Silm design with flip phone and landscape flip capability with qwerty keypad for SMS, IM and select email apps, blue tooth
Cons: landscape mode does not support POP email or internet acess. Cannot use qwetry keyboard to enter contacts in address book. Sound quality is sometimes lacking (screechy sometimes)
Summary: I really like this phone's slick design and dual functionality with flip phone and landscape "mini-laptop' mode, however the software for the landscape mode is very much lacking. I'm hoping there will be software upgrades available in the future to ... read more >>

"Don't believe the poor reviews/Cnet video! Awesome phone"
Pros: Call Quality, Battery Life, Screen Visibility, SMS and IM Ease, Calender Entry, Light Weight, No Crappy Camera!, Outer Screen is high res for B&W and displays alerts and caller info. Great Design
Cons: Only Available from Cingular - Data Rates are out of this world and slow data transfer.
Summary: This phone has some very strong features. First and foremost is call quality. Unbeatable in this area -- it is the best. Second is the Keyboard design. This allows for SMS and IM ease. Calender Entry and alarms are a breeze. To do list is a ni... read more >>

"Great phone if you have specific needs"
Pros: Voice recognition, bluetooth, keyboard works great w/mobile email, feels solid
Cons: Keyboard not the most intuitive, difficult to navigate if you don't read the manual thoroughly. Too easy to accidentally turn off ringer volume. Wish the keyboard was usable for more features.
Summary: I had very specific expectations when I got this phone. I had no desire to have a camera, no need to browse the web. I wanted a phone that could make a decent quality call, ability to do text messaging with something that resembled a keyboard but ... read more >>

"Cool Hardware; Horrible, Horrible Software"
Pros: Very cool design, very good bluetooth support, voice to text is neat, Instant messenger works nicely, Edge!
Cons: the QWERTY can only be used for SMS, Notes, Instant Messages!! Phone lacks standard "phone" features that Motorola and Sony have always had
Summary: This phone is an awesome piece of hardware, but the software is terrible.
In phone mode: there are no ringer profiles, no option to have a simultaneous vibrate/ring, and the speaker is scratchy and low quality.
In landscape mode:read more >> -

Pros: Great design for QWERTY without bulk
Cons: Learning curve
Summary: Just got mine today. I did a speed read of the manual and some basic manipulations with the phone. Have to say that it's not that hard to figure out in portrait mode. It works a lot like my old Siemens phone menu-wise. Landscape mode is a little... read more >>
