"Awesome, almost perfect phone"
Pros: Everything, really. Slider is great, interface is awesome.
Cons: Cannot do a shortcut to Phonebook (really not a big deal)
Summary: This phone has basically everything you could want. The screen is just amazing, it's so clear and beautiful. I spent hours messing around with the phone, finding out all its secrets. The only thing that I didn't like was not really a problem with the phone, just that this phone isn't yet available in the US. This means you can't select this phone as "Your Phone" on an online account with your service provider. So, at least for T-Mobile, you can't buy HiFi Ringers, and other things that this phone is easily compatible with, unless you pick a certain phone that you don't really have, but that supports those features. However, if you have Bluetooth for your PC or laptop, you can just make your own mp3 files your ringtones, and your own pictures your wallpapers/photo caller-id, etc. I would actually recommend purchasing the Data Kit from Samsung or on eBay, which has a USB to phone cable, which provides faster transfers, and an easy-to-use application to Sync your Outlook address book with the phone.
Overall, a near-perfect phone, most definitely the best released by Samsung to date. The 3GSM group felt the same way, as it gave this phone the Best Mobile Headset award for 2005.
