"Good phone, but useless with Apple Macs - a pity"
Pros: Great shape, design, works well
Cons: No Mac interface, not even Bluetooth works with Mac
Summary: I've reluctantly switched back to Sony Ericsson (before this I had a 750i) and gone for the new 800i. I have over 400 contacts that I didn't want to re-enter all over again into the Samsung, so the lack of interactivity with my Powerbook - for Calendar too - makes it hopeless to use. I'd assumed i'd get by with Bluetooth, but even with full disclosure, the two don't recognise each other. A pity, because it's ideally thin and light-weight. While in the shop deciding, another SGH900 owner wh'd had his for over a month brought it in for exchange because the headphone socket into the Samsung (v. small and fiddly, possibly fragile) had broken. This had also happened to his samsung lead to connect the phone to his PC.
