Pros: This is an awesome phone. Offers video,pictures, AIM, the works. I've dropped this phone several times and it still works. The reception is pretty decent and the sound quality is pretty good.
Cons: no bluetooth. the video is choppy. battery life is short.

"Poor sound quality, Poor software quality"
Pros: Good size
Cons: Poor sound quality, can hear echos. Voice mail sends another text message that you hv to delete seperately. Poor battery life. Not impressed. My 3 year old samsung had much nicer and cleaner interface.
