Pros: Great Color screen, Much better than many others. Seemingly ulim space to store phone numbers. Very sturdy (dropped like a million times & still works the same) volume very good as long as I find the "sweet spot" on the handset's ear speaker and eve
Cons: MANY MANY MANY constant dropped calls! no signal once I walk through my front door! Friends with other carriers(Verizon & Cingular) sitting in my house right next to me have a signal & I don't!! (what the @%@%!!) TMobile blames Samsung, & v

"Less than average where it counts most."
Pros: Large screen, ergonomics, lot's of extras such as belt clip, + extended life battery, wrist band, earpiece.
Cons: Reception quality is much worse than other phones with weak signal. Drops calls ofen @ home arbitrarily. My Nokia 5190, 3390 and 6610 beat it any time in terms of reception/transmission.

"Good features, poor performance"
Pros: It does quite a bit and the display is good. I like the world phone functionality, but had a hard time getting it to register in London & Germany (even though Tmobile has agreements with carriers there). It did register, but took 20 minutes to do so.
Cons: The call quality on this phone is awful, it drops call terribly. The battery life on it is no where close to what it claims, I have had to charge it every day. (even when I am not using it)
