"Excellent performance, lacks frills"
Pros: Great battery life and reception. This phone is very small and can slip into any pocket. I enjoyed the animated external display and animated wallpapers. Menus are fairly simple to navigate. Stylish design.
Cons: This phone is bland in the feature department. MMS and Bluetooth are features that are expected to come with a phone with this price tag, but are missing. Keypad is cramped. I have average-sized fingers and I had no trouble punching the buttons, but it wa

"Good design yet unreliable product"
Pros: Pleasing ergonomic design and intuitive interface.
Cons: Frequent dropped calls, distracting "line in use" or "service light" I exchanged the phone under warranty due to the amount of dropped calls, and still had the same problem no matter what area of town I was in.

"Poor reception, dropped calls"
Pros: The phone is nice and small, perfect for pockets and purses. The colors are rich and the ringtones loud enough to hear. The menu is easy to use.
