The Bottom Line The Samsung SGH-T119 is a quality basic phone, provided you'll use it only occasionally. Though it lacks Wi-Fi, the Samsung Behold is a sleek touch-screen phone with a range of features and an easily understood interface. The Samsung Gravity is a great phone for budget-minded texters, but beware its spotty call quality. The Nokia 1680 is adequate for anyone with minimal cell phone needs, but even moderate users will find it disappointing. The Samsung SGH-T349 is a simple, good messaging phone from T-Mobile--as long as you're willing to use a partial QWERTY instead of a full keyboard.
