Pros: I love this phone. It is durable, light, easy to use, and has a lot of great features. I even love the partial keyboard. Texting is easy, sound quality is good... all around excellent.
Cons: Although I love the easiness with the keypad, my problem comes when I try to dial a number with letters in it (like 1 800 discover) If you do not have the normal dialing keypad memorized when dialing, it is nearly impossible to call.

"Just about perfect! Great email feature, music player"
Pros: 1) Email very easy to set up several accts!
2) Wonderful Music player, great sound!
3) Partial QWERTY keyboard easy to use.
4) Large and bright screen, text and browswer easy to read!
5) Very user friendly phone, I learned this phone in 1 hour!Cons: The only 2 cons that I can think of are:
1) No FM radio
2) Not a world phone, can only use this phone in the United States.

Pros: I was looking for a phone that would give me good connectivity and sound quality, and also allow e-mail access. This one fits the bill nicely. As others have said, it's great to be able to access e-mail without paying for an additional data plan.
Cons: This isn't a smartphone. You can do some rudimentary web browsing, but it's so slow and clunky that it's basically useless. The keys are small, but this is something you also get used to after a while.

Pros: Have a great/big display compared to other cellphones and physically the cellphone looks nice.
Cons: 1) Bad speaker (can't barely hear someone)
2) Texting contractions is so much work and annoying (what's this nice keyboard for then???)
