Pros: I love this phone. It is durable, light, easy to use, and has a lot of great features. I even love the partial keyboard. Texting is easy, sound quality is good... all around excellent.
Cons: Although I love the easiness with the keypad, my problem comes when I try to dial a number with letters in it (like 1 800 discover) If you do not have the normal dialing keypad memorized when dialing, it is nearly impossible to call.
Summary: All around, I like it. I hear others have the same complaint about the blackberry pearl. I am always impressed with the samsung phones, and this one is no different

I didn't mention your comment about the normal keypad in my review, but i very much agree with you. I do like this keypad, but if I didn't memorize the normal keypad I'd be in trouble.
