"Decent phone for basic use but dissapointing otherwise"
Pros: Decent, large screen, widely spaced buttons, sturdy, instant messaging, phonebook easy to use
Cons: Becomes extremely difficult to slide open after a few months of use, have to put oil in the slider, drops calls, BAD service, terrible battery life, can't customize incoming text ringtone
