The Bottom Line If you don't need the features of a full-fledged smart phone but crave the push e-mail capabilities, the BlackBerry Connect-enabled Samsung SGH-T719 is a good place to start; just be prepared to be frustrated by the SureType keyboard. The Samsung SGH-T339 isn't a bad T-Mobile HotSpot @Home phone but there are better options available. The sexy Samsung Blast SGH-T729 is a great messaging phone with good call quality, but we were hoping for a speedier data network as well. While its flashier siblings may overshadow it, the RIM BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 should satiate the appetite of flip phone fanatics by bringing in a clamshell design. The Sony Ericsson TM506 has a couple of faults, but it's broad 3G support and integrated GPS makes it a welcome addition to T-Mobile's lineup.
