Pros: Great features, thin and compact, beautiful screen, mp3 player, voice/picture/text/video messaging, and a lot more
Cons: freezes up occasionally, randomly shuts off and on, can only use certain headphones, screen gets smudges easily, easily scratched, bluetooth connectivity not the greatest, horrible battery life
