"I think 7.3 is a fair rating for this phone"
Pros: Mega-Pixel Camera, MP3 player, Impressively bright and clear 262K color screen, Micro-SD memory card slot, Easy to use
Cons: Gets dust under screen easy, Feels very delicate like it would break just by holding it, battery life low, mediocre 5-way navigational pad, not as customizable as one would like
Summary: I have been using this phone for a little over 3 weeks now and I have to say I do like most all of this phones features allot. Compared to the mobile phones I have used in the past this phone has so many more neat features that I could have only dreamed of owning all in one electronic device. The MP3 player, Mega-Pixel Camera, and Micro-SD slot are this phones top selling points, not to mention how bright and and beautiful 262K color screen is. I have owned a Samsung mobile phone before so the menus were easy for me to learn and navigate. The phone is easy to use but lacks the customization of buttons like some other phones I have used. The other thing is the battery life is not what it should be but I can see why the drain with such a great screen and MP3 player that I use allot. Another MAJOR fault and my biggest gripe about this phone is with dust particles getting under the screen. I already returned one phone to my local T-Mobile store and they exchanged it with no questions asked (I was within the 30 day return policy). Contrary to what others on the Web have wrote you CAN see the particles if the phone is on, and you can see them even WORSE if the phone is off. If you plan on carrying this phone in your pocket I suggest you do like I have done and get yourself a Microfiber carry pouch. I am using an Oakley sunglasses brand Microfiber Storage Pouch to carry mine in. I know it seems like going to extremes to keep out the dust but when you pay $300 bucks for something you want to keep it looking new for as long as possible.
In conclusion I admit that this phone has some big-time faults that hopefully Samsung with address in later builds but compared to any of the other T-Mobile phone offerings this is the flagship phone to own.

low battery life? i truly belive that the battery life is within normal standards. think about the media. this phone is media hungry. videos, mp3s, extra storage. these things swallow the battery life. when using it for normal daily situations, the battery life is exceptional. i've talked on it for 3 hours straight with the battery life only losing one bar.
