"Like it a lot" on by wsoxstretch05

    Pros: Slim, serviceable phone

Cons: Cannot find a case for it

Summary: I disagree with the review on here. I don't need a phone with a lot of different things on it. I have a very nice digital camera I take everywhere and I have an ipod so why would I need mp3 and a nice camera on my cell phone. The phone was free with an upgrade from T-Mobile. When you get a free upgrade, you cannot expect too much. I used to have the T629. That is exactly the same as this one except it works a lot faster and there are a couple more features. To me it was totally worth the upgrade. If you want something that gives an excellent picture on your cell phone, then you should go get a digital camera. Taking pictures on your cell phone should not be the number one reason you buy the cell phone. It should be how great the phone works as a phone. This phone works great as a phone. It is clear and it works.

"Terrible Phone - Don't Bother!" on by shl4178

    Pros: Pretty, Sleak Design
    Large Screen
    Semi userfriendly

Cons: Flat Buttons made typing tough
    Horrible sound quality
    Terrible ringtones
    Poor navigation buttons

Summary: I had to immediately get a new phone due to the fact that my other one broke unexpectedly, and had I had time to do some research (and wasn't in such a hurry) I never would have gotten this phone. It was terrible! I returned it two days later for another phone, which is fabulous and I will write a review on next. The biggest complaint I had was the overall sound quality. It was beyond terrible. Everyone I talked to said there was an echo in the background & I often had to ask the person on the other end to repeat the conversation because I couldn't make them out. Beyond that, the ring volume was not loud enough to be heard when in a different room. And the ring choices were so bad that you almost had no choice but to pay to purchase a decent ring. I also had trouble with the super flat buttons when texting and dialing I would hit the wrong keys. Bottom line: don't bother, as you will be highly disappointed. This company has great products, but this is not one of them!

    "Really disappointed" on by bpachter

Pros: sexy metallic feel and finish

Cons: Terrible call quality; inadequate volume

Summary: I had heard how great Samsung phones were and was excited to try one after having recurring problems with a Motorola Rizr3; although it has beautiful styling and finish and features like big numbers in LCD, I couldnt believe a so-called top quality phone could have such poor voice quality and such limited volume control...
