"Little Package Packs a Lot!"
Pros: Size, reception, screen, ease of use
Cons: keys a little small
Summary: Reading these reviews of the Samsung X475, you would think the phone is a piece of junk! Well, I have owned one for a month and deliberately waited to write a review. This phone is a champ! Here is what I have experienced...
RECEPTION: Very clear, loud. In fact, I sometimes have to turn down the volume key! I wonder if the other reviewers having problems just live in a bad reception area, I have had NO problems, and people tell me it is like hearing me next to them!
COLOR SCREEN: Awesome, and easy to navigate! Unlike other phones, pretty easy to move around and find what you need, be it voice mail, call history, texts, etc.
Ease of message retrieval: PUSH 1, and you are in your voice mail!
Size: THis is so small, three ounces, easily fits in shirt pocket! I switched carriers and my other phone appears so heavy next to this one!
Keypad...my only critique.....keys sometimes spaced closely for guys like me with big fingers! Overall, not a major problem.
WEb, text messaging...does a nice job!
All in all, 9 out of 10, and I don't give out high marks easily !
