"Easy to use!"
Pros: Easy to use. Perfect size, Understandable.
Cons: Location of volume(silent mode) and Unable to disable IM/Net.
Summary: The phone was very easy to figure out. Love the feature of multiple numbers per person when saved to phone and ring tones. Nice easy to read screen in and outside. Don't care for volume easily hit and puts phone on silent/vibrate. and needs to have a disabler for net/im/text.
