Pros: Solid build quality; beautiful screen; 6.9 mm; feature-packed
Cons: Awkward if your hands are big; UI not as intuitive as Nokia or SE

Pros: Super slim, lightweight, good resolution
Cons: battery life (not for business use/heavy users), vibration on silent not noticeable unlike SE or Nokia
Summary: I loved this phone for the 3 months I had it! It just wasn't goof enough for business use. If you want to overcome this, go for the Nokia 6500 classic. I could only use the x820 for around 90 minutes a day, so if you have a day of conference calls, ... read more >>
