The Bottom Line Though the Samsung SGH-ZX20 offers some cool features and solid performance, its mundane design doesn't do them justice. The LG CU500 is one of the fastest phones we've ever tried, with swift downloads and impressive video streaming speeds. The feature set is impressive; the picture and audio quality are great; and the slim, attractive design is a bonus. The Samsung Eternity succeeds as a multimedia device, but without Wi-Fi and full e-mail support, it stops well short of being a business-friendly device. The Samsung Rugby SGH-A837's could use a few improvements, but it remains a solid choice for a rugged, straight-forward phone with a loaded feature set. The Samsung SGH-A237 offers a bit of style, but ultimately there's not much to distinguish it from the cell phone crowd.
