"Greate Signal"
Pros: Good Signal, inside LCD is very vibrant, 1.3MP camera works good, durable build
Cons: when using the 1.3MP for taking pictures there's no zoom
Summary: My biggest problem has been signal where my current Motorola V551J can ring when someone is calling but I have to go outside to answer the call. I had the chance to test an Ericson z525a and the signal was much better, I could talk inside just fine except for a few places. Then tested the Samsung ZX20, I could talk everywhere without a problem. The biggest problem I have with the phone is two fold, the first being that when your taking pictures @ 1280x1024 there is no zoom available....guess I'm still waiting for the 4MP+ camera phone with an optical zoom:P and the second is the modding ability which while most people don't care about I would like to have the option to do.
Overall I love the phone, great call quality and the durability feel that is almost reminiscing of the old Nextel 'bricks'.

When I got my first ZX20 went crazy on me. The speaker started going out on me within the first 5 days and the volume wasn't great after that time as well. I think I just got one of the bad ones as I always do but, before the glitches started, I really was enjoying this phone. I still say the Nokia 6682 is by far the better phone but it is not a 3g phone nor a flip phone and I too don't like being restricted to the zooming option. Another down fall is finding corded head sets that go over the ear. No one should have to always use a bluetooth headset in order to get the correct fit and sound quality in order to be hands free because in certain inside and outside conditions, using the speaker can be quite restrictin and annoying. I still say, this phone is worth a try.

Where did you get your phone? Cingular doesn't have them on their website...
Thanks
