"The best cingular 3g phone out!"
Pros: Bluetooth, Mp3 player, camera Flash
Cons: Speaker could be higher.
Summary: i use to have the Lg cu500 and that phone sucked. It doesnt look as good as the cu500 but works 100X better. So if you liked or hated the cu500 youll love this phone too. This is an upgrade from the zx-10 but look almost the same except the black. Great starting phone I love it.

s2kvietboi, here's a way to adjust the earpiece volume on the zx-20. just be careful!
