The Bottom Line Though it's the first AT&T phone to accept wireless music downloads, the Samsung SLM SGH-A747 didn't live up to our expectations. The Samsung Sync is a great choice for music-mad cell phone users, but its call quality could be better. The Samsung Rugby SGH-A837's could use a few improvements, but it remains a solid choice for a rugged, straight-forward phone with a loaded feature set. Though it's the first AT&T phone to accept wireless music downloads, the Samsung SLM SGH-A747 didn't live up to our expectations. The Samsung Eternity succeeds as a multimedia device, but without Wi-Fi and full e-mail support, it stops well short of being a business-friendly device.
