"Its a Lemon"
on by Sunshine1922Pros The slide out keyboard.
Cons Very poor connectivity. I have been with the same cell phone provider for 10 years. I have had various phones over the years and I have never had problems with my phone connecting to a signal until I bought the Samsung. I am stuck in a 2 year contract
Summary Do your homework before making the purchase. I will not buy another Samsung. I cannot afford to wait out my 2 year contract because I do not have a single bar indicating connectivity in my home. I am very disappointed with this product.

exeptional battery lifeCons connection
reception
only 1.3 megapixels
small buttons
ringtone settings nonunderstandable
no flash for cameraSummary this is the best phone ever! and trust me i am a texting goddess!the small buttons are hard to get used to but you will.the blue and black does not really go with the red button in the middle but im not a sissy complaining about the color.i can not tell you about the web because im just into calling, texting and media.the battery life is definetly exeptional becauseyou do not have to plug it in every night.(but i do) one of the cons is that the messaging does take awile to sendbut thats not alot. the call clarity is not perfect but so close!all in all this is the best phone money can buy.

"Mediocre bluetooth connectivity, 25 message inbox limit"
on by jamiee66Pros Cool looking slider, keys are a little slippery, but the QWERTY keyboard is fabulous for texting.
Cons Why on earth would Samsung make a messaging phone that has limits on storage of text messages? Even having the optional SD card does not help with text messages, as there is no way to save the messages to the the card.
Summary Have to turn off the phone daily to reconnect it to bluetooth. 25-message limit on Inbox causes you to miss messages until you delete older ones. You can save Sent messages in a separate folder, but not Inbox messages. It is hard to decipher the Memory pages. Coworkers hate it when a text message is received because the reminder tone rings every 5 minutes until the message is opened. I'm sure that can be turned off, but I like being reminded, since I may have missed the first tone. Signal reception is pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend this phone to anybody, and will probably not buy another Samsung because of it.
