2 mega pixel camera.Summary: Im really frustrated that Cnet rated this phone lower than the eternity. I have three friends that have the eternity and all have said the touch response works way better on the new Solstice. They also like the size and the camera difference is not really noticeable. Cnet seems to be as thorough in their compare and contrasts as they used to be

Add me as one who loves his Solstice. I was very surprised to see CNET's worst rating. I like it for all the reasons that are in the review I'm commenting on. I've had it for a couple months and I'm still discovering nice little quarks about the phone. I don't care for the browser, but hey, if I want to get on the internet, get me a real computer. For me, this is a nice PHONE, (not a smartphone) that has many nice features.

I was glad to hear you mention the fact that cnet rated this phone as one of the worst of 2009....this is one of the best phones I have ever had. I had the xenon which I liked the messaging layout very well...but small screen and too much navigation. Bought the impression and it was good but too bulky and couldn't change color of screen...then I got the Solstice...wow...it was slim fits the hand well....screen texting very responsive and perfect size for a lady....very easy navigation....can make groups,...favorites and so many things. This is by far one of the best....... (not worst) phones.... I always check cnet before buying a phone so I wanted to report my findings in case it might help someone decide.
